Nativity - December '09

The St Mark's 2009 Nativity service took place on Sunday 13th December during the morning service. The children of St Mark's brilliantly performed a traditional Nativity play for which they had rehearsed during the preceding weeks. Each year the play enables the children and rest of the congregation - including many visitors to St Mark's - to experience a glimpse of the wonder of Christ's arrival in the world through the enacting of the story of the birth of Jesus.

It was also an opportunity to use the rich acting, speaking, singing and musical gifts of St Mark's, accompanied by a flurry of tiny angels.
